How much does an accommodation cost?
The price of an accommodation depends on several factors, such as the location, the duration of the festival and the type of event. That’s why prices can vary from one festival to another. For a clear overview, we recommend checking the event page of your favourite festival.

A refundable deposit is required for every accommodation.
If everything is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 30 days after the festival. Please note that the exact timing depends on the payment method you used. Credit card refunds usually take longer than other methods. We’ll check your accommodation together with you at check-out, so don’t forget to check out on your last day.

All prices shown in the webshop are for the full duration of the festival, unless stated otherwise and clearly mentioned on the event page. Each booking includes an administration fee for electronic payment. VAT is always included and applied according to the local rate of the country where the event takes place.
