Preferably we keep in touch via mail. Why? During the festival season we are extremely active, both in the office and at the festival site.

Don't worry, on weekdays we respond within 24 hours and on weekends within 48 hours. Very exceptionally, it might take a bit longer when all our hands are out on the field.
Furthermore, via mail we can give a better answer to very specific questions about bookings and festivals. It’s not always possible to immediately provide the right information over the phone or chat. Besides, nobody is really happy with on-hold music, right?
