How can I cancel my booking?

Canceling a booking for any reason can be done Easy by sending us a message.

Relax, because you can: 


Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the festival

We fully refund the amount of the rental and the deposit.

You only pay the €4.5 administration fee we charge with every booking to process the payment and the booking.


From 30 days and up to 5 working days before the start of the festival
a cancellation fee of €15 and the €4,5 administration fee will be charged.

 

Please note: if you cancel less than 5 working days before the start of the festival, we will only refund the deposit.
