Cancellation Conditions Explained:

1. Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the festival
   We fully refund the amount of the rental and the deposit.
   You only pay the transaction cost we charge with every booking to process the payment and the booking.

1. From 30 days and up to 5 working days before the start of the festival
   A cancellation fee of €15 and the transaction cost will be charged.

1. If you cancel less than 5 working days before the start of the festival
   We will only refund the deposit.

Please note:
These cancellation conditions are only valid for bookings made through the FestiTent platform. If you have booked an accommodation through the festival website, a different cancellation policy will be valid.
