Once your booking is confirmed & your payment accepted, you will receive your confirmation email with your FestiTent voucher within 24 hours.

Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam folder.

You can also look up the information of your booking in the FestiTent Guest Center (only when you booked through festitent.com).
