Where / when can I check in?
You can check in 24h/24h at our FestiTent Reception during the opening hours of the festival campsite. This obviously varies from festival to festival. It is best to check the opening hours of the campsite on the festival website.
Where do I need to go when I arrive at the campsite?
One week before the festival starts, you will receive an information email from us with: practical tips where to find us contact details of the FestiTent crew. We will welcome you with open arms and guide you during your stay!
Do I need my voucher to check in?
We have our own check-in software. So usually, proof of your identity is sufficient. To avoid any misunderstandings, it's always best to bring a printed version of your voucher or show the confirmation email from your phone.
Can I call someone if I can't find the FestiTent campsite?
Yes! One week before the festival you will receive an information email from us with the contact details of the FestiTent crew on site. We are on site 24/24!
Where can I park my car?
Please park your car in the assigned festival parking lots. More information can be found on the website of the festival you will attend.
