Do I need my voucher to check in?
We have our own check-in software. So usually, proof of your identity is sufficient. To avoid any misunderstandings, it's always best to bring a printed version of your voucher or show the confirmation email from your phone.
Can I call someone if I can't find the FestiTent campsite?
Yes! One week before the festival you will receive an information email from us with the contact details of the FestiTent crew on site. We are on site 24/24!
Where can I park my car?
Parking is provided at each festival for campers. Please park your car in the assigned festival parking lots. The FestiTent Village only allows cars if the festival does.
