How can I modify my booking?
Adding extra items
If you want to add something extra to your booking, you can simply make a new booking.
Make sure you are logged in with the same account so that both bookings will be linked in your Guest Center.
This way, everything will be Easy to find at our reception once you arrive at the festival.
Adjusting your existing booking
If you want to adjust items in your existing booking, please send us a message with your booking number and the changes you’d like to make. We will take care of it for you.
- Upgrades: If your new booking is more expensive than the original one, you will receive a payment link from us for the difference so you can complete your booking.
- Downgrades: If your new booking is cheaper, we will refund the difference as quickly as possible. Depending on your payment method, this may take up to 30 days. Refunds to credit cards, for example, often take longer.
Cancelling your booking
If you wish to cancel your booking entirely, send us a message.
Depending on the cancellation deadline prior to the festival, the full or remaining amount will be refunded.
